1) In this Activity, Participants do best when they have sufficient time to “live into” the Ideas and imagine what else might be happening, what must have come before, or how people are reacting and feeling. You can imagine into what is happening at work, at home, or on the streets. What sounds do you see? What do you hear? What is missing? Through entering into this imaginary process, you may then be more effective in rating the two criteria.

2) As you read and imagine into more and more of the Ideas, you may want to go back and change your initial ratings. Feel free to do this as your most considered thoughts move the project forward powerfully. We use the word assess and rate interchangeably to avoid redundancy and help create a richer picture of the task.

3) Our input is most valuable when we make an effort to stay ourselves and speak from our own experiences.
